How does it feel to experience overwhelming and difficult emotions? Does it feel like having your head above imaginary water?

For Dark water, I enjoyed contrasting dark and light, a rippling effect of blue, and experimenting with gold dust, acrylic medium and cutouts for “Giver of life” and “Sensitivity.”
